The Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI) is proud to launch Security Frontiers, a new podcast series exploring today’s most pressing global security challenges. The series will feature leading experts to examine emerging threats, policy shifts, and strategic trends shaping global security.

The inaugural episode of the Prague Space Security Talks – a miniseries within PSSI’s Security Frontiers podcast, produced in collaboration with Space Republic – features Dr. Peter Hays, Adjunct Professor of Space Policy and International Affairs at George Washington University.

Prague Security Studies Institute Vacancy Announcement: Project Assistant
The Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI) is looking for a Project Assistant for our Space Security Program. The person will be responsible, under the direction of PSSI’s Managing Director and Director of Operations, for the organization of our flagship event -- the Prague Space Security Conference, as well as other related projects and activities. A key responsibility in this role is to manage email and telephone correspondence with speakers, participants, and relevant ministries and partners, ensuring effective coordination. The Project Assistant will also support the Space Security Team’s research activities and assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

PSSI's prestigious NATO Summer School, now in its 20th year, was organized in cooperation with NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, the Friedrich Naumann Foundation, The British Embassy in the Czech Republic and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Norway. Ground Game of Authoritarian Space Powers
The Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI) and the Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA) have released a joint report, Ground Game of Authoritarian Space Powers, which examines how China is pursuing a new space race not only in orbit, but on the ground. The study details how Beijing is working to penetrate and control the space sectors of more than 120 countries through hundreds of ostensibly commercial agreements, via state-controlled Chinese companies that, in effect, act as fronts for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA).

PSSI’s Kristína Šefčíková Highlights Economic Approach to Disinformation at Point 13 Conference
At the Point 13 Conference, Kristína Šefčíková, Project Manager at the Prague Security Studies Institute (PSSI), joined the panel “Defending the Truth – The Whole-of-Society Approach.”

PSSI, in cooperation with AMO and Lobbio, held a roundtable at the GLOBSEC Forum focused on the state of sanctions against the Russian Federation, the current intra-EU and transatlantic debate on the sanctions regime, and options to increase pressure while maintaining European and transatlantic unity on the issue.
