PSSI Report Highlighted by the United States House Select Committee on the CCP
We are honored to have our work acknowledged by the United States House Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party. Their recent press release highlights the critical findings from our January report entitled “Funding of the Iran-China Strategic Partnership via the U.S. Capital Markets”, which identified significant ties between Chinese companies and Iran’s military and energy sectors. Our research continues to underscore the importance of rigorous analysis and oversight in protecting global security interests.

Growing Recognition of PSSI’s Report on SHEIN
Since the Prague Security Studies Institute published the report, "Suppliers in Chains: SHEIN's Troubling IPO," SHEIN’s prospects for a U.S.-based listing have dwindled. It is now expected to float an IPO on the London Stock Exchange, where it also faces headwinds. Our report highlighted SHEIN's concerning practices, including alleged human rights abuses, misleading the public, and poor adherence to standards of labor and product safety – corporate behavior which leaves it no place on any Western Exchange.

As the Members of the European Parliament’s ninth term closed their books, PSSI teamed up with Political Capital and partners to track the views of incumbent MEPs from the V4, Austria, Bulgaria and Romania on authoritarian regimes. We used qualitative and quantitative methods to build an accurate picture of MEPs’ positions on authoritarian countries. PSSI contributed to the effort with an analysis of Czech MEPs.

CPA Report Reveals How BlackRock Channels Billions in U.S. Investment Funds to Companies Linked to the CCP and PLA
An alarming report by the Coalition for a Prosperous America (CPA) reveals disturbing entanglement between Wall Street and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). The report highlights how leading financial institutions in the United States have formed partnerships with state-controlled banks in China, thereby becoming intertwined with, and increasingly beholden to, China's economic and geopolitical agenda. Following CPA’s recently-published report on Vanguard, this latest publication is centered on BlackRock. These two American asset management firms, put together, manage over 17 trillion USD in assets, with BlackRock individually responsible for 10 trillion.
