Policy Paper by Petr Lang, Andrej Nosko and Jiří Schneider

A policy paper by PSSI ´s Petr Lang, Andrej Nosko and Jiří Schneider is based on analysis and critical evaluation of three strategic documents: the Final Report of the Independent Energy Commission, the Peer Review of the Report and the recent draft of a new National Energy Strategy. The study provides policy recommendations as a contribution to public debate about the final version of the National Energy Strategy. The study is accompanied by case studies about energy strategies of selected CEE countries with particular focus on  perspectives of a use of carbon capture and storage (CCS) and smart grids technologies. The paper is available in Czech.
