PSSI Organized a Closed Roundtable with Peshkawt Adham

On September 10, 2014, PSSI organized a closed roundtable with Mr. Peshkawt Adham. Mr. Adham, an Iraqi Kurd based in Erbil, addressed the future of Iraq and the threat of the IS, largely drawing on his own experience.

Mr. Peshkawt Adham was born in 1984 in Kirkuk. His family was largely affected by Anfal campaign. Previously Mr. Adham worked for several NGOs, including People in Need. Currently, he works for a local NGO al-Masella, helping Iraqi IDPs in KR-I. In his lecture, Mr. Adham will also talk about the relations between KRG and the central government and the impact of these relations on the current humanitarian crisis, as well as about Iraqi minorities and the threat they are currently facing.
