Zack Kramer is a Research Fellow supporting PSSI’s Economic and Financial Threats Program. He is also pursuing a doctoral degree in International Relations at Charles University’s Faculty of Social Science, and is a recipient of PSSI’s Oldřich Černý Ph.D. Scholarship. His primary academic focus is political economy and economic security in the former Soviet Union countries. He holds two MA degrees, in Eastern European Studies and International Relations from the University of Bologna and Central European University, respectively, and a BBA in Finance from the University of Cincinnati.
