Research Areas: Energy Security
Tomáš Kulda is PSSI’s Program Manager. He joined PSSI in Spring 2012 and has been involved in organizing most of PSSI’s events and training sessions since joining the Institute. He also heads PSSI’s Energy Security Program and is responsible for the Interagency Civilian-Military Training program.
Mr. Kulda's research interests include the EU‘s energy security architecture, with an emphasis on the role of nuclear power in the European energy sector.
He holds an undergraduate degree in International Area Studies from the Faculty of Social Sciences at Charles University and a Master's degree in European Studies from the same faculty. Prior academic experiences include a semester abroad at Sciences Po in Paris, where he studied European security. He is an alumnus of the Robinson-Martin Security Scholars Program.
