Quentin Buckholz - Fellow

Quentin Buckholz is a Fellow at PSSI. He previously worked as a consultant at FTI Consulting in New York and TD International in Washington, D.C, analyzing political and commercial risks in Russia, Ukraine, and other countries of the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. 

He received an MIA from Columbia University and a BA summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania. Quentin presented research on the conflict in Ukraine at the 2017 Association for the Studies of Nationality Conference, and was the recipient of the 2016 Bobby Inman Award for Outstanding Student Research and Writing on Intelligence from the University of Texas at Austin.
