Oldrich Cerny Represented PSSI at the Workshop in Geneva

PSSI Executive Director delivered a speech and moderated several panels at the workshop for members of parliament and government officials from Montenegro.

The workshop entitled “Issues and Challenges of Intelligence Accountability in Democratic Societies” for Members of Parliament and Government Officials from Montenegro took place in Geneva on December 10-12, 2008 and was organized by the Geneva Centre for the Democratic Control of Armed Forces. The aim of the course was to offer to the participants a comprehensive overview on issues related to the democratic oversight of security and intelligence services and on their role in a modern democracy.
