Vladimir Milov at PSSI

Former Deputy Energy Minister of the Russian Federation, Mr. Vladimir Milov visited PSSI

Prague Security Studies Institute together with the Association for International Affairs organized a Prague visit of Mr. Vladimir Milov, President of the Moscow-based independent Institute of Energy Policy and former Deputy Energy Minister of the Russian Federation.

Mr.Milov is one of the most renowned energy, infrastructure development and regulatory policy strategists in Russia. He had played the leading roles in development of Russian gas, electricity and railway sector reforms, Russian energy and transport startegies, electricity sector reform and subsoil regulation legislation.
 
During his stay in Prague on April 12-13, Mr. Milov participated in a several expert meetings.  Finally, Mr. Milov took part in the public discussion on „The Role of Russia in European Energy Policy“ at CERGE Institute with Mr. Václav Bartuška, Ambassador-at-Large for Energy Security of the Czech Republic.
