PSSI principals announce the launch of a new online tool called IntelTrak

PSSI principals announced today the launch of a new online tool, called IntelTrak, that tracks and maps the global business transactions of Russian and Chinese companies.  Updated on a daily basis, this new tool permits the user to gain a better understanding of how Moscow and Beijing use the economic and financial domain to project soft power, influence and even control in countries in Europe and across the globe.  IntelTrak is designed to help differentiate between the ostensibly commercial operations of these companies and the strategic agenda of their state controllers.
