The best RMSSP 2015 policy memo is out!


Writing a policy memo is mandatory component of the Robinson-Martin Security Scholars Program, a two-semester series of lectures and roundtable discussions. For the academic year 2015/2016, RMSSP students are required to work in groups and submit two policy memos on a selected topic that will enable them to pursue their intellectual and professional interests. The best policy memo of the 2015 examines the effectiveness of the sanctions regime that has been adopted and consequently prolonged by the European Council in order to use non-military countermeasures against Russia's actions in Ukraine.
