Special Issue of PSSI Newsletter is Available

PSSI just published its second newsletter. In this special issue, you can find information about the international conference "Democracy and Security: Core Values, Sound Policies", which took place in Prague on June 4-6, 2007. The newsletter includes the executive summary of the conference, the excerpts from the keynote remarks and the text of the Prague Charter.
